Order Confirmation

Shipping

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of receipt. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods such as holiday seasons or during significant sales events. Upon shipping, you will receive a notification email including a tracking number to monitor the status of your order.

Tracking

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. Upon shipment, a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you, containing your order number, carrier information, order status, and package tracking numbers. You will be able to track your items on the carrier's official website 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email.

Once your parcel arrives in your country, local postal services will take over, and you will be able to track your parcel using the same tracking number on your local postal service's website. For any delivery issues, please contact your local post office for further assistance.

Delivery

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged during transit. In the rare event that your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at contact@goodhappi.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment and include a picture of the damaged item.

Change My Shipping Address

  • In cases of force majeure, order processing may be delayed. However, rest assured that we will expedite processing as soon as conditions permit.
  • It is essential to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Any package returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
  • If a product is returned not due to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
